(DASLE)
Decentralized Autonomous Sovereign Logical Entity

Fractal and Blockchain have provided the immutable persistence underpinnings to support new types of organizations and entities, such as DASLEs, SUDSLEs, and DAOs.
OVERVIEW
A DASLE gets created in accordance with a Sovereign Entity Protocol, upon a Fractal-based network, which employs and leverages one or multiple Ring Contracts for varied transaction execution.
GOVERNANCE
A DASLE has tokens of two different classifications: tokenized equity and voting rights. Day-to-day operations and governance of a DASLE are handled by the algorithms and Ring Contracts defined in the Sovereign Entity Protocol upon creation of the logical entity. Voting rights for the purpose of governance are only leveraged for decisions which are beyond or outside the boundaries of the rules defined in the Sovereign Entity Protocol.
ISSUES
The precise legal status of this type of entity is unclear in the United States and other countries, which may mean that it can be varied in interpretation by jurisdiction. On July 1, 2021, Wyoming became the first US state to recognize DAOs as a legal entity, but a DASLE is not a DAO. There are some underlying similarities, but percentage differences between a DASLE and a DAO outweigh the similarities. To that point, there are no existing laws or regulations specifically covering the legal status, liability, or regulation of DASLEs as of 2026.
BULLET POINTS
  1. Universally decentralized
  2. A DASLE is not owned by anyone
  3. Fully autonomous and not managed by anyone
  4. For public benefit
  5. Total absence of profit
  6. Borderless
  7. Zero-trust environment
  8. Logical entity
  9. Without centralized leadership
  10. No individual voting rights
  11. Unmanaged
  12. Completely balanced ecosystem
  13. Self-sustaining in perpetuity
  14. Deployed on a self-contained Fractal network
  15. No ownership tokens or shares
  16. Self-governing
  17. Can't be turned off
  18. Turing complete
  19. Created with a Sovereign Entity Protocol
  20. Century tech
  21. Zero inflation
  22. Transaction fees are fixed and never change
  23. The official fee tender for a DASLE is Dark Energy
  24. Sovereign decisions are purely 'reactionary' to situations raised by the network itself
